Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Philadelphia follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Me and my friends love Estia and dine here often. It’s great for any size gathering and also great for corporate events and parties. The food is always top notch, atmosphere pleasant and there is a parking garage next door. Service here is great as well. My recommendation: order seafood and fish here!

Delicious food and wonderful atmosphere - would definitely return. However, the service fell a bit short of expectations for this type of establishment that evening. It felt as though our waiter was focused on larger tables, leaving us feeling a bit lost in the shuffle.

The Perfect Pre-Theater Greek Gem If you are heading to a show at the Kimmel Center, Estia is one of the most convenient and pleasant spots in the Theater District. I believe I visited during Restaurant Week and had a great experience with their prefix menu before a performance. The Vibe & Decor The restaurant has a very interesting and "neat" look. The decor is rustic Greek with a beautiful, airy feelβ€”it’s pleasant and unique, making it feel a bit more special than your average dinner spot. It’s large enough to accommodate crowds but didn't feel overly packed when I was there. The Food Since it’s an authentic Greek Mediterranean spot, the food is fresh and well-prepared. β€’ The Main: I had the fish, which was delicious, along with some great traditional side dishes. β€’ Must-Try: We had a "quiche-type" Greek dish (likely Spanakopita) that was very tasty. β€’ Dessert: You can’t go wrong with their Baklava, and the sorbet was a refreshing way to end the meal. Service & Location The service was efficient and professional, which is exactly what you need when you have a curtain time to catch! It’s just a short walk to the Kimmel Center, making it a stress-free choice for dinner and a show.

Finally made it to Estia after wanting to visit for the longest time, and it absolutely exceeded expectations. We went for Valentine’s Day and everything was exceptional from start to finish. The food was outstanding β€” fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was warm, attentive, and professional without being overbearing. Drinks were just as impressive and perfectly crafted. You can tell they truly care about quality and the overall experience. Definitely worth the wait. Highly recommended β€” we’ll be back.

My friends and I came here for dinner and it was absolutely delicious. Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The lobster linguine is a MUST, I’m still thinking about it. The service was amazing, everyone was so kind and attentive, and the place itself is so cute and intimate. Also, the bathroom is literally the perfect spot for pics πŸ˜‚ Can’t wait to come back. 10/10 recommend.
